1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Internary Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Internary's Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to access the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any other user or company representative
• Post spam, misleading, or inappropriate content

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you warrant that you have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Internary is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct and Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behavior:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or applications
• Plagiarizing or copying cover letters and applications from other users
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or company representatives
• Posting hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that violates anyone's rights
• Attempting to manipulate the application process or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Phishing, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform

5. Obligations for Job Seekers

• Provide accurate and honest information in your profile and applications
• Do not apply for positions you are not interested in or qualified for
• Communicate professionally with companies
• Be available for interviews if you express interest in a position
• Honor any offers or commitments made to companies
• Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality of companies

6. Obligations for Companies

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your company and internship positions
• Do not post duplicate or misleading job descriptions
• Treat all applicants fairly and without discrimination
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of applicants
• Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Provide a safe and respectful environment for interns

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by Internary, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Internary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERNARY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF INTERNARY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Internary makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform or the materials contained therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

INTERNARY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current
• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected
• Job seekers will be hired or companies will find qualified candidates
• The Platform is free from viruses or malicious code

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Internary and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Termination

Internary reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes violation of these Terms, engagement in prohibited behavior, or at our sole discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

Internary reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
